Rainbow Mob and Testing: A Yarn About Looking After Yourself

Join Mason and Tahlia for a yarn about HIV and STI testing, and why making testing part of your regular health routine is nothing to be shame about. They discuss how HIV and STI testing can be included as part of a general health check, helping to normalise testing as part of looking after your overall health and wellbeing.

Meet the characters:

Mason (he/him) is a 26-year-old proud Noongar gay man who has been living in the city for several years. Passionate about supporting his community, Mason understands the importance of looking after yourself and having honest conversations about sexual health. Through his everyday experiences, he helps show that testing is a normal and positive part of staying healthy.

Tahlia (she/her) is a 28-year-old proud Torres Strait Islander Sistergirl from Badu Island. Using her platform to educate and advocate for trans and queer health, Tahlia is committed to empowering her community with knowledge and encouraging everyone to make sexual health a normal part of caring for themselves.
